3 men arrested in 3 child sexual abuse cases
PRINCE WILLIAM COUNTY, Md. (ABC7) — Three men were arrested for three separate cases of child sexual abuse in two days in Prince William County, according to police.
Prince William County Police say two of the men's victims were family members. Police say one of those cases involved an 8-year-old girl and charges of forcible sodomy.
On Monday, police arrested Luis Alonso Argueta Bonilla, 20, of Woodbridge and charged him with forcible sodomy after they say he assaulted an 8-year-old female family member at a Woodbridge home. The girl told officials about the incident after she watched an educational video at school, according to police.
That same day, police arrested Elvin Adalber Salgado Sanchez, 25, of Woodbridge and charged him with with 2 counts of carnal knowledge of a child after police say he had an inappropriate relationship with a 14-year-old girl from November 2016 to February 2017. Police arrested Sanchez after they were called to investigate a sexual assault near his home in the 2200 block of West Longview Drive in Woodbridge.
On Tuesday, police arrested Richard Leslie Levault, 64, of Woodbridge after they say he inappropriately touched an 11-year-old boy who was a family member. Police began investigating this incident after being called to a Woodbridge home for a report of a sexaul assault on Saturday. Police charged Levault with aggravated sexual battery and indecent liberties with a minor.
