WARMINSTER, PA -- A Warrington man has been arrested for raping a 10-year-old child, police in Warminster announced.
Josue Hernandez, 28, whose most recent address was on the 500 block of Easton Road in Warrington, was arrested Friday. He is being held in Bucks County prison on $1 million bail.
The investigation into Hernandez began on March 20, when Warminster Township Police received a report that he had sexual intercourse with a child starting in 2013. The child was 10 at the time, police learned.
Hernandez has been charged with multiple felony crimes, including rape of a child, involuntary deviate sexual intercourse, unlawful contact with a minor, aggravated indecent assault, endangering the welfare of a child and sexual assault.
Hernandez surrendered at the Warminster Police Station and was taken into custody without incident, police said. A preliminary hearing has been scheduled for June 8.

Man Raped 10-Year-Old, Warminster Police Say  - April 30, 2017

A Devon man has been jailed for grooming and raping a nine-year-old girl.
Richard Holt left the child with serious psychological damage which have led to her making two suicide attempts and being sectioned by police for her own protection.
He groomed the victim with gifts and by showing her videos which showed adults having sex with children.
The abuse started with kissing but gradually moved on through the use of sex toys until he was raping her on an almost daily basis, Exeter Crown Court was told.
Holt told her she was his special girl and told her not tell anyone. She remained silent for a decade but in the meantime Holt was jailed after being caught with 60,000 child abuse images.
After his release from jail he contacted the victim again, claiming he wanted to apologise, but she was so upset she went to the police.
Holt, aged 56, of Connaught Avenue, Plymouth, admitted five offences of child rape, four of assault by penetration, sexual assault, inciting a child to sexual activity, sexual activity in the presence of a child, two of causing a child to look at sexual images, and breach of a Sexual Offences Prevention Order (SOPO).

He was jailed for a total of 20 years with a five year extended licence by Judge Erik Salomonsen, who ordered him to sign on the sex offenders' register for life and imposed a new Sexual Harm Prevention Order which bans any future contact with children.
He told him: "These were systematic and abhorrent sexual offences against a child which reflect your grooming which started by causing the child to watch pornography involving adults and children and proceeded to sexual activity.
"You committed a litany of offences. I have read the victim's personal statement. She has been diagnosed with post traumatic stress disorder. She suffers constant flashbacks and panic attacks. She feels she has to rebuild her life and fight her demons every day. No-one reading it can have anything other than the sympathy for her and the greatest abhorrence at your conduct.
"This was appalling and remorseless abuse of a defenceless child in which there was nothing in which you did not attempt."
He said the abuse has had a very profound effect on the victim, who has attempted suicide twice and needed in patient treatment under the Mental Health Act.
He said:"He manipulated her mentally and caused her to comply with his perverted desires as well as manipulating her physically. He groomed her and convinced her it was normal and appropriate activity. He used her physically as a sex object to satisfy his depraved sexual needs in numerous ways."
Jason Beal, defending, said Holt pleaded guilty at the first opportunity.
He said he undertook a sex offender's course while serving his previous sentence and has stayed out of trouble since his release.

MORRISTOWN - A former high-level executive for a security company was sentenced Friday to 10 years in prison for molesting his autistic step-daughter in Pequannock, a term that will run concurrent with a 15-year federal sentence he received this week for distribution of child pornography.
"I want to apologize to my family. They gave me their support, their love, their trust and I stepped all over it," Brian Buginsky, 49, of the Pompton Plains section of Pequannock told Superior Court Judge Catherine Enright in Morristown.
"I realize there are two forms of prison. One that's the physical form and one that's in your head," Buginsky said. "I'm sorry for everything I've done." An evaluation found that he is a compulsive and repetitive sex offender, and Buginsky said he welcomes the opportunity for therapy.
A portion of Buginsky's sentence was handled on April 21, when Enright heard from Buginsky's now-former wife and mother of three children, including the 11-year-old special needs child whom Buginsky admitted molesting. The Daily Record's usual policy is to not identify the relationship between a sexual abuser and the victim but the mother and sister of the victim said they wanted the offense to be known.
The judge last week heard victim-impact statements from the mother and sister, and more than a dozen members of the non-profit New Jersey chapter of Bikers Against Child Abuse rode into town to support the autistic girl. Buginsky had pleaded guilty in March to one count of endangering the welfare of a child.
This past week, Buginsky was sentenced in U.S. District Court in Newark to 15 years in federal prison on a guilty plea he had entered to distribution of child pornography. His 10-year state sentence will run concurrently - at the same time - to the federal sentence. Defense lawyer Joseph Afflitto Sr. said he has requested that Buginsky serve his time at Fort Dix federal prison in New Jersey. Afflitto said he expects that Buginsky will serve virtually his entire sentence in the federal prison system because the 10-year concurrent state sentence will end while he's still completing the federal stint.
Afflitto said that Buginsky will receive therapy in prison for his sexual deviations.
Morris County Assistant Prosecutor Justin Tellone told the judge that Buginsky was aware of the victim's special needs, which include autism, biopolar disorder and epilepsy, but he took full advantage of her trust.
"She was the perfect victim for him," Tellone said. "She has a list of challenges she's going to have through life. Now she has this on top of it."  Buginsky's first marriage ended in divorce and he no longer is allowed contact with a son from that relationship. His marriage to the victim's mother was his second.
The judge read through clinical evaluations of Buginsky that occurred after his arrest, noting that he admitted to therapists that he felt shame and guilt over his molestation of the child. He also became mesmerized by child pornography and shared it with others over the Internet. Buginsky claimed that his sexual abuse of his step-child started as a game and developed into fondling of each other's intimate body parts.

A West Dundee man is headed for prison for molesting three children he knew, officials said.
On Friday, Marcus L. Arvizo, 37, agreed to a sentence of 11 years in the Illinois Department of Corrections in exchange for a guilty plea to two counts of criminal sexual assault, each a class 1 felony, and aggravated criminal sexual abuse, a class 2 felony.
Associate Judge Linda S. Abrahamson accepted the plea.
Kane County prosecutors presented evidence that between January 2013 and June 2014 Arvizo had sexual contact with the children. Arvizo knew the three victims, who were younger than 18 at the time, officials said.
In addition to the prison term, Arvizo must register for life as a sexual offender in accordance with the Illinois Sexual Offender Registration Act.
The sentence is four years each for the class 1 felonies and three years for the class 2 felony, officials said, adding the terms are to be served consecutive to one another.
According to Illinois law, Arvizo must serve at least 85 percent of the sentences for the Class 1 felonies, and he is eligible for day-for-day credit for the Class 2 sentence. Arvizo receives credit for 1,034 days served in the Kane County jail.

NASHVILLE, Tenn.--A 31-year-old Nashville man accused of raping an 11-year-old child is behind bars for his alleged crimes.
According to the arrest affidavit for Charles S. Young, the incident originally took place in June of last year. Police say the victim -then 11-years-old- was the child of an acquaintance of Young.
The victim told police Young assaulted her at his Nashville residence. During an interview by detectives, Young "made admissions" to performing cunnilingus on the victim, penetrating the victim, and touching the child with his fingers. Detectives say Young knew the victim was just 11 at the time of the assault.
Young is facing two counts rape of a child and aggravated sexual battery of a child under 13.

A WA police sergeant will fight allegations he sexually abused four boys while he was a school teacher at a Catholic college more than 30 years ago.

Eamon Dominic Heary, 56, faced Perth Magistrates Court on Monday, accused of indecently dealing with the eight-year-old boys sometime between 1984 and 1985.

Heary, who has been stood down from operational duties, pleaded not guilty to all charges and had his bail extended before a committal mention on July 22.

Two men will spend years behind bars for the sexual assault of a child beginning when she was just four years old.

Mario Esteban Sanchez58, who was related to the girl by marriage at the time of the attacks, was convicted of two counts of child molestation. The child disclosed the abuse to a cousin when she was a few years older. She is now 12.

“This brave little girl carried the burden of this abuse silently for years. Hopefully, this verdict will release some of that burden and she can begin to heal,” said Deputy Chief ADA Chuck Boring. “As for the Defendant, the jury’s verdict will assure that this predator will never harm another child.”

Sanchez faces a mandatory minimum of 25 years in prison.

In January, Marcio Rogelio Cartagena33, pleaded guilty to rape and aggravated child molestation against the same child

Cartagena, a friend of the girl’s family, attacked the girl when she was five years old

He was sentenced to life, with 18 years to serve in prison.

A 62-year-old Hawkins County predator who admitted raping a 9-year-old girl in Hamblen County in 2015 was sentenced to 25 years in state prison Friday in a resolution that cleared cases involving three victims, officials say.
Eric Einwechter also pleaded guilty to aggravated sexual battery in the Hamblen County prosecution. He pleaded guilty to eight counts of sexual battery by an authority figure, four counts of sexual battery and eight other sex crimes in Hawkins County.
“He confessed to all of it,” Teddy Collingsworth, a criminal investigator with the district attorney’s office, said Friday afternoon. “This was his idea. He was the aggressor.”
The sentences for the other sex crimes will run concurrently with the time he got for the rape of the 9-year-old.
Einwechter will be eligible for release after serving a little more than 21 years, but nobody, especially violent sex offenders, is guaranteed parole.
Prior to sentencing, the parents of Einwechter’s victims gave impact statements, recounting how the sex offender’s actions negatively impacted their children and their families, according to Collingsworth.
Einwechter, a New Jersey native who lived on Hillcrest Street in Rogersville, was married when he committed the crimes involving the rape victim and two 14-year-old girls, but he’s married no longer, according to Collingsworth.
